1. Advance Booking Required
- All league courts must be reserved in advance through the club system or coordinator approval.
- No walk-in league matches will be guaranteed a court.
2. Payment Upfront (Required)
- Full court reservation fees must be paid in advance to confirm booking.
- Unpaid reservations will not be held or guaranteed.
- No refunds for no-shows unless due to club-approved cancellations or weather.
3. Time Limit per Match
- Standard reservation: 2 hours per match block (or as scheduled by league format).
- Extensions may be allowed only if courts are available and approved by staff.
4. Warm-Up Time
- Maximum 10–15 minutes warm-up before match start.
- Matches must start on time to respect all scheduled bookings.
5. Court Assignment
- Courts are assigned by the club based on availability and league scheduling.
- Specific court requests are not guaranteed.
6. Rain / Weather Policy

Matches affected by weather will be rescheduled based on league rules and court availability.
7. No-Show Policy
- Teams that fail to show up without prior notice may lose priority for future reservations.
8. Court Etiquette
- Respect ongoing play and avoid crossing courts during matches.
- Maintain proper sportsmanship and noise control at all times.
9. Club Authority
- Club management reserves the right to adjust scheduling or court assignments to ensure fair usage for all members.
