Membership Cancellation/On Hold Policies
1. Membership Hold Policy
Members may place their membership on hold for personal or medical reasons, during which they are required to pay only 10% of the regular membership fee.
• The maximum holding period is 3 months.
• After 3 months, the membership will be automatically reactivated at the full rate.
2. Membership Cancellation
To cancel a membership, the member must:
• Provide 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.
• Ensure the cancellation request aligns with the contract term outlined in their agreement.
• Settle all outstanding balances on their account before the termination date.
3. Auto-Renewal Terms
If a member does not cancel their membership according to the procedure above:
• The membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month membership upon the end of the original term.
• The member will continue to be billed monthly, regardless of facility usage.
• Billing will only stop 30 days after written notice of termination is received by the club.
4. Reactivation of Membership
If a former member wishes to return after cancellation:
• A new membership application must be submitted.
• The member will be required to pay the initiation fee again, as applicable.
Program Cancellation
1. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR PROGRAM CANCELLATION WITH THE DIRECTOR OF YOUR PROGRAM. YOU MUST LET THEM KNOW WITH A 10 DAY NOTICE.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
